Restorative Reiki series: Inner Child(ren) work

4 hours @ $100.00

This VIRTUAL group includes four reiki group sessions along with weekly journal prompts. Reiki sessions will be used for recalibration and release, resource building, and reconnecting with your inner child(ren) energetically. We will be exploring how energy moves through time, connection to free play, ways to provide support to younger selves, and even finding refuge in future selves. The journal prompts allow for deeper processing between groups, at your own pace. No reiki experience is necessary!
